In the 17th November 2019,SHIFENG GROUP took part in Shan Dong Seminar as usual.There were hundreds of construction and machinery professors attended and some engineers shared their new technologies.
As a leader of Building Materials Association in China,one of SHIFENG engineer shared many experiences about brick making machinery and auxiliaries,such as stacking machine,pallet elevator,palletizer,mixer,shot blasting machine,splitting machine.
Here below we list mold instructions for reference.It must benefit users of concrete block machine.
Mold Instructions

The first ten boards of each shift must be tested for size. If the products do not meet the design requirements, they need to be repaired or replaced.
1.The mold locking force shall not exceed 900kg (6Mpa).
2.During feeding vibration and molding vibration, the brick pallet and the underneath surface of female mold cannot be separated.
3.The forming vibration time shall not exceed 5 seconds.
4.There shall be no litters between the brick pallet and the underneath surface of female mold.
5.Deviation shall not be more than 15% (same as mould vibration)
6.Clean and apply antiskid oil when not in use.
7.When removing the surplus material of aggregate cart, it will cause uneven feeding of various cavities. At this time, it is strictly prohibited to press,drop,and vibrate the male mold.
8.The mould shall not be impacted during use.
9.Mold closing is on the same side as the mark hole.
